Description: When employees are not well-informed about the organization's goals, strategies, and tactics, they may feel uncertain, stressed, and mistrustful. To improve trust and engagement, share information about what is going on in the organization with your direct reports.

_Participants: _Individually or as a group
Directions:
- Hold meetings with your direct reports soon after management meetings.
- Talk with your direct reports when new policies or procedures are implemented to help them understand the impact and the rationale behind them.
